This exploratory study will identify instructors’ “best practices”. Twenty UMass-Amherst instructors will be recruited to complete a brief interview and teaching survey. Preliminary results will be discussed within the context of faculty development and future research.

We discuss details of two EIB texts in current use, including their advantages and disadvantages.
